**What do you like best about Demoboost?**

Demoboost is really easy to use. The HTML capture flow to capture screens from our product is very simple through their Chrome extension, making it easy for us to spin up product tours and walkthroughs for our customers. For my primary use case, we've seen solid ROI from creating a self-guided product tour for lead-gen. Leads who take this tour are much more likely to qualify and close than our standard lead.

The support team and our CSM are also really responsive; I've had a great experience working with them so far.

**What do you dislike about Demoboost?**

One small nitpick is that there's a little friction in embedding our own forms on the product. They offer forms natively, but we prefer to have more control and customization over those forms.

**What problems is Demoboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a Marketing lens, prospects need to be able to tour our product on their own. Showing is better than telling! Demoboost helps us to do just that.

**What do you like best about Demoboost?**

It helps us bring structure to how reps show the product. Before, every AE had their own version of the demo and their own way of explaining things. Some were great at it, but others would either go too deep into features or miss the bigger value story. With Demoboost, we can give reps a clear demo flow, organize demos in a library, and include speaker notes so they know what to say, not just what to click. That makes it much easier to keep messaging consistent across the team.

Nothing major stands out. The main thing is to keep demos organized as usage grows, especially if multiple people are creating content.

**What problems is Demoboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Demoboost to make sure our account executives are telling the same product story and using approved demo content. It helps with onboarding, ongoing enablement, and general sales consistency. The benefit is that reps are more confident, managers have more control over the message, and prospects get a clearer experience regardless of which AE they speak with. It also helps us avoid having demo content scattered across different places.

The platform does a great job of balancing power with usability at a low price point. What impressed me most is how consistent the demos look. No more worrying about broken environments or last‑minute fixes before a call. The analytics also help validate what’s resonating.

**What do you like best about Demoboost?**

As a presales engineer, I can’t join every early-stage call or build a custom demo for every AE request. With Demoboost, we can create strong demo flows once, add the right talking points, and let account executives run through them on their own with much more confidence. It’s especially useful when the demo needs to be more than just a product tour. We can include the right context, structure the story properly, and make sure the AE is showing the product in a way that actually reflects how presales would position it.

**What do you dislike about Demoboost?**

There is some upfront work involved. You need to think through the demo flow, the messaging, and how you want the sales team to use it. It’s not something you just turn on and magically everything is ready. But once the first few demos are built, it becomes much easier to reuse and adapt them.

**What problems is Demoboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Demoboost, our presales team was getting pulled into a lot of repetitive demo support. Many of those calls didn’t necessarily need a full SE, but the AEs still needed a better way to show the product. Demoboost gives us a way to package our expertise into reusable demos, so AEs can handle more conversations on their own while still staying on-message. It saves presales time, helps AEs move faster, and gives prospects a better experience earlier in the process.

I find the easy creation of demos with Demoboost great. The service that Demoboost offers us as customers is really excellent, they quickly implement our wishes and requirements. Even if small problems arise, they are resolved very quickly. Additionally, the user interface is very intuitive, which makes usage easier. The customer service is outstanding, our consultant Alina is always by our side and is always available for problems or questions. Change requests or feature requests are gladly accepted and implemented very quickly.

The integration of AI plugins from external providers works quite well, but there is still room for improvement.

**What do you like best about Demoboost?**

I like Demoboost's ability to create tailored demonstrations for both customers and internal teams, which maximizes customer conversations. The customization of demo guides aligns perfectly with campaigns, adding personalization and creating a more unified customer experience. Setting up Demoboost was very easy; I was provided with an admin account and had easy access to communication channels with the support team. As we move towards a more AI-driven business, Demoboost aligns well because it is both efficient and easy to use.

Demonstrations can sometimes take too long to load, which could deter customers. There have also been a few bugs that meant customers couldn't progress past certain sections or had guides disappear.

**What do you like best about Demoboost?**

Demoboost has been a game-changer for how we showcase our product. Since, we've always been product-first, we wanted to find a quick and native way for people to see how our product works straightaway. 

The experience is smooth end-to-end: setting things up is quick, the flow is intuitive, and everything looks polished for viewers. I especially appreciate how easy it is to edit screens, reducing manual work needed. 

I also really enjoyed the onboarding and support process. Alina, our CSM, has been always available and quick to answer any questions, and suggesting workarounds if needed.

**What do you dislike about Demoboost?**

Nothing specific in mind. Minor editing flows could be improved like the ability to add guide pop-ups on images or better embedding functions.

**What problems is Demoboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For marketing, Demoboost helps us put the product front-and-center, right on the website, so prospects can experience the value immediately instead of just reading about it.

For Support and CS, it cuts down the manual work of running custom demos for every lead. We can use Demoboost as a strong self-serve starting point for customers on lower-tier plans, while keeping our time and energy focused on fully tailored demos for enterprise customers where it matters most.

I love how easy to use most of Demoboost is. I can quickly build Tours (live demos) that look realistic and function seamlesly and without lag. Building On Demand demos is also straightforward. There are LOTS of feastures and options that allow my team to configure a demo that highlights the value we are trying to share with prospective customers.

There are many features and figuring out how to use them all takes some time. This is not necessarily a bad thing, it just made us do kind of a phased roll out. Simple demos first, and as we're learning, they're getting better and better.

Demo environments that are not always easy to configure and are sometimes laggy or unavailable.

**What do you like best about Demoboost?**

Demoboost enables a User to easily configure automated demos of their software. It is an intuitive tool to use backed up with clear short training videos. These provide hints and tips on how to create your automated demo. 
There is also lots of user guides to read if wanting to get into the details. 
I was able to build a draft dem very quickly and add more detail to it as i learnt more about from the user guides.
I am using it to help me learn more about demo automation and how it could be used in future pre-sales roles.

**What do you dislike about Demoboost?**

What does "a great" example of an automated demo using DemoBoost look like? I didn't see this but was provided with examples when requested. 
Maybe I missed a best practice guide or it could be more clearly signposted.

**What problems is Demoboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning new skills.
For me it is enabling me to learn more about demo automation which I hope will support me in finding my next sales engineer role.
Without being provided access to it i am not sure i would be able to build an automated demo anywhere else which i can use to promote my skills in seeking a job.

I like how the Demo videos have the ability to click on things that take you to another view. Our prospects like how it's self guided and not a constant playing video that does not allow you to see what is happening step by step. Our Customer Success Manager Alina Karachun does a wonderful job at educating us on best practices and always just a pleasure to chat with. We are extremely pleased with this software and the team supporting us.

I haven't found anything yet that I don't like. We have been a user for about a year.

I got to try out the AI demo creation feature, and honestly, it's a game changer. All I do is pick the topics I want to cover and who I'm talking to, and in just a few minutes, I have a complete demo flow with personalized, up-to-date speaker notes. It's pure magic!

I once encountered a minor issue where the extension didn’t capture part of the screen, but the Demoboost support team quickly resolved it. They even provided a video tutorial on how to fix it myself.

While the tool itself is maybe not yet the most robust, the team behind it is extremely helpful when it comes to support and consulting on the proper implementation. From day 1 at least 2 people are constantly available and eager to make the implementation of the tool a success. This is a big help in integrating the tool into the existing processes and daily work routine. The Demoboost team is especially always available for feedback from its users.

**What do you dislike about Demoboost?**

The product itself is not yet fully mature. While the ease of use is improving, there is still a number of features missing to make work with the tool a bit easier. However, any complication in the creation of the demos is immediately compensated by the great support that actually helps us create the demos as we intend them to be.

Demoboost is great to automate and monitor access of new prospects to the product. If finally enables the sales organisation as well as partners to demonstrate and present the product in the same way the Solution Engineering team does on a daily basis. A great side effect is the fact that it forces the demo creators to only include what actually matters. This results in a much more personalized and value based communication with customers.

Easy to use platform, support & CS help are exceptional. I love the video feature (it really helps to personalise more generic demo templates), and the possibility to include different things, like HTML screens, images, videos, pdfs - makes the demos even more engaging.

Some elements of the interface are not captured very well, but it’s quickly fixed via support, so I'm not complaining. And very dynamic things won’t be captured in HTML, which  was expected, but the CS team is always eager to find ways to make it work too.

We were looking for a way to increase our pipeline and progress deals faster. And using Demoboost interactive demos for marketing activites help with lead generation (+ analytics helps to focus our time on those more engaged). And we actively share now demos between the meetings in follow-ups - we quickly customise demo templates for that, instead of wasting time on video demos. And customers love it + it takes less time now to close deals.

Onboarding and customer support were one of the main reasons I bought Demoboost. Their services team is experienced and responsive so any time I need training or demo customization engineering to beyond functionality available out of the box, they help us move fast enough to keep our sales team happy.

Very small user workflow improvements could be made. For example, when capturing a screen through the browser, the plugin sometimes closes before I have entered the page name. But I am sure they will get to this soon and in the meantime, it does not block my main needs.

But with help of Demoboost, we built interactive demo super easy and quick that was easy to understand. Seeing good changes with the customers in online orders now.
