I like how flexible DemandZEN is, and how fast they're able to get onboarded and started. It's really refreshing that I didn't have to do a massive amount of enablement or onboarding - I am leading my own team, so by hiring them I'm able to focus on my team while they provide value without significant lift. They're very self-sufficient. I appreciate their data, which is strong and noticeably stronger than the data from other providers and sometimes our own internal data. Their team is exceptional at booking meetings and getting people curious and interested enough to take a second meeting with us. It's peace of mind because I can focus on hiring and onboarding my own team while they take care of the management, leadership, list building, and quality control during unique periods of time. I would prefer that their BDRs stay on the entire call. I think that would be more valuable and aid in their learning about our product - specifically to set better meetings and create better opportunities for us longer term.
