While they’ve expanded some targeting capabilities, they’re still primarily focused on B2B and enterprise-level professionals. A broader audience scope, especially for mid-market and niche verticals, would unlock even more value and flexibility for campaign planning.
It would also be helpful to have more visibility into the lead qualification process and how contacts are being filtered or verified. That way marketers can better align campaigns to their specific goals. And while their dashboard gets the job done, it can be a little clunky to navigate.
