What do you like best about DemandScience?

I love that Sigstr banners change dynamically as new campaigns are launched within the app. This ensures expired content is no longer visible in emails sent from Sales and only the most current and timely content is being promoted at any given time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

I dislike how manual the process is to add new Sales hires as a user in Sigstr. We are hiring quite a few reps every month, and it takes quite a bit of time to set up Sigstr profiles from an administrative perspective. I also dislike how difficult it is to map back Sigstr clicks to Marketo for scoring and alert purposes. We have had sync issues with our Marketo smart list that needs to sync to Sigstr for quite some time, and we've had an open support ticket for over 4 months and have to follow up on the status constantly. Without this Marketo list syncing and updating with Sigstr regularly, we lose visibility into who clicks the Sigstr banner within Marketo and, therefore, cannot trigger workflows or scoring on the clicked behavior (custom activity filter). What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to promote marketing content with end-users that our sales org is reaching out to on a daily basis and the best part is we (marketing) get to control the content that's promoted. This takes the workload off of the Sales rep from needing to promote marketing content. Sigstr helps us generate awareness of our marketing campaigns by way of impressions and clicks. What do you like best about DemandScience?

The Terminus team works with you and supports your business needs from the first sales call, to the hand-holding during onboarding and then with a dedicated strategic customer success manager while using the platform. Terminus is a company that grows alongside our digital strategy, it is a very scalable platform for any solution. Working with the Terminus team has been a breath of fresh air, previously we had a chatbot contract with another leading platform and it was impossible to get responses or support tickets resolved. Not only were the sales, onboarding and customer success employees top-notch, but their support is also incredible. Terminus support get back to you very quickly, you always know the status of your ticket and it feels like they are happy to help whenever you need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

The downsides are minimal. The Terminus team listens to their customers and is always looking for ways to improve their experience and resolve any issues/roadblocks promptly. For example, there wasn't detailed routing for my country during onboarding, and then over the weekend, the onboarding specialist worked with engineering to make this a new option for our routing. As a B2B company, Terminus is solving the problem of shooting in the dark with ad targeting and giving us the platform to tailor a customized experience throughout the prospects' digital interactions with our brand. The benefit of this is more effective promotional spending and higher conversion rates across our site as well as deal acceleration.

The best description here is the difference between fishing with a net and fishing with a spear. With Terminus, we know exactly who our best customer is, how they're engaging online, and have the ability to build sophisticated programs that move them through the sales cycle efficiently and effectively. What do you like best about DemandScience?

The biggest upside is Terminus helps us have an integrated marketing solution. We are able to have a PPC strategy based on intent data that we are receiving from our Terminus platform. Intent advertising & intent information for our sales team. We have a sales and marketing team that works to align across both departments to make sure we are serving the right ads to the right people for what they are looking for. For our sales team - Terminus has been invaluable in knowing what the target customers are interested in when they were on our site. What do you like best about DemandScience?

Terminus allows you to create and support ABM programs very quickly. The platform is very easy to use, especially for first-time users. Segmenting lists and executing targeted programs is straightforward, and the platform allows you to see results in a number of ways. We can engage with target accounts faster and across the organization. We are also able to view the target accounts that are visiting our website and create targeted, integrated programs from the data we receive. In less than a month, we engaged with 30% of our target account list across our field team.
