I love that Sigstr banners change dynamically as new campaigns are launched within the app. This ensures expired content is no longer visible in emails sent from Sales and only the most current and timely content is being promoted at any given time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike how manual the process is to add new Sales hires as a user in Sigstr. We are hiring quite a few reps every month, and it takes quite a bit of time to set up Sigstr profiles from an administrative perspective. I also dislike how difficult it is to map back Sigstr clicks to Marketo for scoring and alert purposes. We have had sync issues with our Marketo smart list that needs to sync to Sigstr for quite some time, and we've had an open support ticket for over 4 months and have to follow up on the status constantly. Without this Marketo list syncing and updating with Sigstr regularly, we lose visibility into who clicks the Sigstr banner within Marketo and, therefore, cannot trigger workflows or scoring on the clicked behavior (custom activity filter). The Terminus team works with you and supports your business needs from the first sales call, to the hand-holding during onboarding and then with a dedicated strategic customer success manager while using the platform. Terminus is a company that grows alongside our digital strategy, it is a very scalable platform for any solution. Working with the Terminus team has been a breath of fresh air, previously we had a chatbot contract with another leading platform and it was impossible to get responses or support tickets resolved. Not only were the sales, onboarding and customer success employees top-notch, but their support is also incredible. The downsides are minimal. The Terminus team listens to their customers and is always looking for ways to improve their experience and resolve any issues/roadblocks promptly. For example, there wasn't detailed routing for my country during onboarding, and then over the weekend, the onboarding specialist worked with engineering to make this a new option for our routing. Terminus is a fantastic comprehensive ABM platform. The technology is capable of targeting the same ideal group of customers across several digital channels, keeping your messaging in front of them consistently. What I appreciate most about the platform is the supportive teams involved from onboarding, customer success, support, and development all the way to continued learning. Terminus is making great strides in ensuring each element of its platform is more cohesive. The biggest upside is Terminus helps us have an integrated marketing solution. We are able to have a PPC strategy based on intent data that we are receiving from our Terminus platform. Also, Terminus ads allow us to have a more targeted approach to our target customers with a personalized experience from click to conversion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Segmenting lists and executing targeted programs is straightforward, and the platform allows you to see results in a number of ways.
