Terminus is a leader in the space and it shows from the continued growth and expansion of the platform. They are adapting to meet modern marketing needs and provide excellent resources to achieve your goals. Our onboarding for chat was exceptional and really set us up for success. What do you like best about DemandScience?

Easy to use platform, from intent data to creating a chatbot to reporting, it's straightforward and user friendly. The support team is great, our account manager and onboarding team has been incredibly helpful and transparent to how we can improve or how we should be focusing our resources. Terminus provides crucial insights into target account website engagement and intent activity across the web. This allows you to work closely with your Sales team to align on which target accounts to engage at the most appropriate time with the most relevant content. Our Marketing and Sales teams can track engagement from our target accounts and have visibility into Marketing and Sales activities to prevent leads and accounts from falling through the cracks. What do you like best about DemandScience?

Easy to use, effective in retargeting and creating new user pools. Good integration set and all integrations seem to work smoothly. Fairly straightforward for different departments to understand and pull reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The account management team seems to be in flux. We have had over ~4 AMs within a year and none have hit training out of the park. We had been promised feature setups that never came to fruition. We just recently got it solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Reach within our target accounts is excellent. The ad network that content is served on has quality publishers, and we have good control over what types of sites ads appear on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

There are a number of features that require manual intervention by the support team to set up or use. It's great that the functionality is there, but often hard to know it exists. Also, the HubSpot integration is still minimal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main purpose is to extend our ABM display advertising outside of LinkedIn. The platform does this well. We have also gained much better tracking and visibility in to the performance of our ABM display advertising on the Terminus platform than we have elsewhere. What do you like best about DemandScience?

It does what it is supposed to do from a display perspective serving ads to the selected accounts. The data passing into salesforce is usable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Most things. The platform is pretty painful to use, clunky and slow loading. They make acquisitions then pretend they have integrated the software together, when you go to login to the other software you get logged out and have to log back in, they finally got to an SSO solution after years?

Simple UX functions don't exist such as saving a screen layout. You can adjust the table layout, but you have to adjust it again and again on every screen load. Creating an account list is creating a black box. You have to document everything, once saved the option to see what you did are gone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
