The account team. Hands down - they are extremely supportive, empathetic and make themselves available to address our needs consistently. I feel like they support and prioritize me and my company as though they are working for their own company. That is the kind of commitment and relationship I need with a vendor in order to feel confident enough to have my programs/strategy depend on it. The account team is also always open to receiving any feedback we have - and continuously seeks ways to maximize our partnership so that it's beneficial for all parties. I really appreciate this type of nature when it comes to vendors. Makes my life easier as a Marketer - and even fun to come to work each day knowing that these are the type of people I have the opportunity to work with!
I am a Marketer who has worked with many vendors in the past, especially as it pertains to content syndication, intent leads and display ads. DemandScience is by far the BEST I've worked with - From lead quality, to timely delivery, I know that every time a DemandScience lead list is sent through, my SDRs are excited at the opportunity to follow-up with these leads. Better yet, what makes my experience working with DemandScience even better - IS THE ACCOUNT TEAM! DemandScience preaches being human as part of their values and Chance, Jordan, and Jake - as well at Matt, who I've worked with from DemandScience, really just understand how to engage and meet the needs of their customers in the most thoughtful, genuine, supportive, and strategic way. I look forward to my weekly syncs with this team, and I rarely say that about weekly meetings with vendors! I highly recommend DemandScience as a solution to your 3rd party marketing needs and I look forward to working with them for the years to come in my marketing career! Terminus is pretty easy to use. They have staff that are dedicated to helping you fully understand the platform as you are onboarding. Because they are there to walk you through the process, you can get tactics up and running in a matter of minutes.
Once they are live, monitoring your progress is relatively easy and you can modify which accounts see your messaging as you go.
