What do you like best about DemandScience?

Terminus is very user-friendly. I did not have any ABM experience when I started using Terminus. Our Terminus customer success manager and digital media manager were very helpful in helping me learn the platform and strategize campaigns. Terminus support is always helpful and quick to respond. What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Our biggest challenge with Terminus has been measuring the impact of our efforts and getting our campaign data to our sales team. There are features on Terminus' roadmap that we would love to see implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did wish that they had more integrations. I wish that we could auto-pass leads to our CRM. I also wish they had an integration with LinkedIn or other advertising/email platform that would help me nurture these leads more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

The platform allowed us to reach a market that was previously very difficult to target and integrates nicely with HubSpot so our accounts are synced and easily added to campaigns. Some of the reporting is limited or rigid, specifically around individual creative performance within a campaign, but the team at Terminus is actively seeking customer feedback and finding ways to improve the product and tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our total addressable market is about 600 companies so we need tools that can help us target them cost-effectively.
