It helps the manager to manage the employees, it is a very useful tool for the employers in the assignment of projects and for the assignment of costs. **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** One of the things that we do not like is the ability to perform scenario planning is very limited. When you log in, you can log your hours on each day and there's even a separate tab called "time off" where you can log in any planned vacations, jury duty, or sick time. The second part I like about replicon is the fact that there are constant automated reminders of when your timecard is due. In my previous company, I remember when we had a different timesheet program, we had to send constant reminders ourselves vs having an automated system. Our payroll department definitely appreciates the way Replicon integrates with our payroll platform. **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** Reporting feature can be improved on. There needs to be more customization around the reports in which a user can pick and choose what data they want to be shown. We find that the reporting tool is very limited in its scope. I also think the pricing of replicon is a tad bit expensive. The system auto detects when a shift is longer than 5 hrs without a claimed lunch break.
