"Numerous issues since the upgrade to 8.2 was completed"

What do you like best about Deltek Costpoint?

Recognition and FAR compliance for Government contractors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deltek Costpoint?

- Canned reports when exported to excel are not organized in a way to be able to analyze the date in an efficient manner

- We've had numerous issues since the 8.2 upgrade was made in August 2023

- Currently having issues where PSR, Revenue Worksheets, and the GL revenue does not align for numerous projects

- Charging customers additional fees to have additional individuals with the ability to submit tickets is very restrictive and inefficient for client help given the amount of help we've required in the last 6 months

- The amount of steps required to perform tasks/updates to tables/GL compared to other systems is very inefficient.

- Customer support can be slow without going to significant effort to escalate issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Deltek Costpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

Honestly, we are very frustrated with the systems functionality at this moment as well as the time it is taking to resolve issues with customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
