Training to me is a big issue, we don't have any local help. The online videos are helpful but again trying to ask a question is time consuming, and when we need help sometimes it takes days to get on our trainers schedule. I prefer in person training. something that could be done locally not spending $8k to have you fly someone to us. Now that we can save attachments, we have been able to eliminate our separate scanning software and have all documents stored in one place. Customer support is very responsive and quite knowledgeable too. **What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase?** Currently we use Field Ease to integrate the field with the Office. We would prefer more access through field ease including the ability to support in -house forms back to the office such as change order requests created in the field. **What problems is Deltek ComputerEase solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us by integrating all financial data and corresponding documents into one place. There are lots of reports and customization options. I love that I can save attachments to vendor/customer/employee files **What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase?** It does not calculate prevailing wage OT correctly for Missouri. We had to add additional class codes which makes errors more likely and union reporting messy. Missouri is weird in that OT is calculated on fringes as well as base pay. A formula option on the union side of prevailing wage would be helpful. I would like to be able to sort invoices by invoice date, so I can tell which ones are oldest. I wish I could quickly pull up a timesheet report in a grid format after the time has been entered/paid. I would like to be able to delete a check and reuse that check number. We had to waste a bunch of checks because we accidentally assigned the wrong check numbers. The checks are perfectly good, but they had to be voided in the system, so I can't use them. I would like to be able to send an invoice to multiple customer email addresses. I have several customers that require emailed invoices to 2 or more people. I wish I could add more cost types. We are very diversified in our work and the number of cost types is very limited.
