Delphia Consulting has wonderful, professional, and knowledgeable employees on their implementation team that make switching to a new system almost painless. They have a plan and training outlines to make sure you are comfortable with the new system before you go live. They walk you through testing scenarios to make sure your data is correct and working as expected. They allow you the option to make adjustments to decisions made before you knew how the system worked. Going from everything being manual is scary, but they were there for us. And when we had a problem they fixed it. And once your system is up and training is over they don't just leave you. They make sure you know how to get support, who to reach out to when you need help, and allow for continuous training opportunities. **What do you dislike about Delphia Consulting Services?** I can't say this was Delphia's issue as we waited until the last possible moment to pick a software. We went from a manual system to the 21st century pretty quickly. The biggest downside to that was the amount of meetings and information crammed into a short amount of time, but Delphia Consulting worked around our schedules and made time for us to be ready for January 1st. **Recommendations to others considering Delphia Consulting Services:** Know that Delphia Consulting will work with you. Depending on your needs, your expectations and your budget. They do not try and force you into anything you don't need on the sales side. And when you choose them for your project, just know you'll be working with a great team. Plan to laugh a lot, know they will come organized, they will have the plan ready. Delphia Consulting staff are knowledgeable in their systems and professional, and when they tell you they can get it done, they will. Don't be afraid to make changes if you find out the system can do something you'd like more than when you ran through what you needed. And pay for that custom report you want....if they don't already have it...it is worth it, trust me! **What problems is Delphia Consulting Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payroll and HR. We needed to upgrade from a manual payroll and HR system to a system that can handle all of the new regulations here in MN without using 45 Excel spreadsheets! Delphia Consulting solved our issues by implementing Sage HRMS and Sage Time and Attendance. Even though it was a very quick turn around at year end to get us up and running by January 1st they got it done. The new system is saving us time, at least 4 days a month. Making our lives easier by allowing employees access to their information online, with the ability to make changes and to request PTO. Managers are able to approve employee requests for time off and have it flow into the schedules that they are doing online , without having to pull out papers and manually check to see who is off on this day or that day. They can see how many employees have requested a day off before approving another employees time off. The system allows us to track next review dates, so we are not missing anyone's reviews any more. PTO is being tracked in the system and not on an Excel spreadsheet, and employees can see how much time they have left after each request.
