Deloitte helps in handling best used business cases were Invoice automation, HR process involving very tedious and high voluminous data, even prone to human errors while performed by any user into ERP tool/ web application would be perfomed by an AI, ML tool named RPA( Automation anywhere). Deloitte led a total cloud transformation of our enterprise software across our entire organization. This entire process spanned the better part of two years. Their work included ERP, CRM, CPQ, HCM, and more. The team was staffed with a mix on off-shore, on-shore, and domestic resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deloitte Consulting?

What I liked best was their holistic approach to transforming our business. They put forth many great ideas and theories. Deloitte is usually up-to-date with the latest technological advances, but I wouldn't say they were cutting edge. On a separate note, we leveraged Deloitte in some cases to manage other contractors. What do you dislike about Deloitte Consulting?

Some times it felt like one hand did not know what the other was doing. It is clear there are many different internal subdivisions within their organization. As I mentioned Deloitte put forth great theories, but sometimes they struggled with the execution of the more ambitious ideas. In general, they played nicely with other contractors, but I have witnessed them butting heads. Timeliness slipped significantly plan accordingly. Ultimately our total cloud transformation appears to save us money, but it was not to the extent projected. There were a number of workaround and patches that will take time for us to smooth out on our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
