The best thing about T servers (and Dell equipment in general) is support. Being assured that in the event of failures, hardware components would be delivered and replaced in the fastest possible way is something that distinguishes Dell from other vendors. When you go with Dell servers, you won't be disappointed.
It is easy to upgrade all necessary software, drivers and firmware. Built-in iLO allows you to manage the server from remote locations with the ability to perform cold shutdown, view the console and information regarding the status of different hardware sensors. The servers themselves are great. The only pain is when choosing hardware on the Dell site, the site frequently malfunctions.
