**What do you like best about Delivery Biz Pro?**

The site is very user-friendly! Our customers have let us know how easy it is to navigate

**What do you dislike about Delivery Biz Pro?**

We run multiple memberships; the problem we have run into is that the customer has to add their credit/debit card to create the account. This doesn't work well for our low-cost and no-cost program but overall I think this is an issue in the way we run the program and not DBP issue.

**What problems is Delivery Biz Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using it as e-commerce to get fresh produce to Denver residents.

**What do you like best about Delivery Biz Pro?**

It easily transfers what the customer has ordered.
They are very easy to use and have really good customer support! 

**What do you dislike about Delivery Biz Pro?**

Some reports on customer activity are not available , yet

It is very easy to use and they have great customer support that are willing to help. 

**What problems is Delivery Biz Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 Getting to know how to use all the features is a job in itself, but good customer service helps. The software works well. They have a revamp just completed which is likely got better features.
