Disgraceful service - both drivers and customer service alike. Stood outside in the rain for 2 hours, after ordering twice, driver does not show up, and a refusal to refund either payment - absolutely horrendous. €80 just gone to feed the seagulls presumably, and not an ounce of credibility or professionalism in the entirety of the service. Limited coverage - seems to be an issue with other third party platforms that they do not always offer a wide variety.
