Delenta has completely transformed how I run my coaching business. From the moment I started my trial, I knew this platform was something special. It’s incredibly intuitive—so easy to set up that I had the essential elements in place to onboard my first client within a day.
But what truly sets Delenta apart is how effortlessly it integrates everything I need—calendaring, client management, session tracking, contracts, and payments—into one seamless experience. No more back-and-forth scheduling, no more wondering how many sessions a client has left, and no more clunky workarounds. The integrations are magic—I simply toggled a button, and my Zoom and Outlook calendars synced instantly.
Delenta doesn’t just make things easier; it makes me feel more capable. It removes the tech overwhelm so I can focus on what matters most—coaching my clients. And their customer support? Absolutely unmatched. I had an issue during my trial, and a team member jumped on a call, during the weekend and very late in the evening her time, to make sure I was set up for success.

The only minor preference I have is that I’d love to have my course slides displayed in the same window as the video. My simple workaround is sharing the slides in a folder with my client, which works just fine. We've just started transitioning our clients to Delenta and the support has been amazing. Anji and Dhanya, while being is a vastly different time zone, are always quick to respond and help with any issues. Additionally, as we identify things that would help our workflow, Delents is diligent about researching, developing, and putting in the functions that we request. So far it's been a great experience! The only downside so far is my fear in moving our clients over. I've been very slow to pull the trigger on transitioning clients - but the support at Delenta has been amazing and patient - even as they deal with a number of questions that I should have been able to figure out without them! Delenta stands out because it seamlessly co-ordinates so many pieces of the puzzle. Now onboarding new clients, contracts, payments, ongoing communication, session bookings, notes, goals and tasks, even courses are all in the one spot – it’s transformational!
I also love how available and responsive the entire Delenta Team are. After initial training to familiarise me with the platform they continue to promptly and personally answer any questions, a rare level of customer service that I really appreciate.
The team is refreshingly open to feedback and suggestions – a couple of requests I’ve made have already been incorporated into the platform and I’m excited by the product roadmap plans that have been shared with users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Valerie's exceptional patience and courtesy stood out as she took the time to thoroughly explain the situation regarding my domain. She assisted me in canceling an account that was created on GoDaddy without my knowledge and optimized my Google Business email setup. It streamlines and simplifies my platform decisions (and costs) by accomplishing many of the functions I'd be subscribing to other systems for (calendly for calendar, stripe or paypal for payment processing, contract signatures, website builder, etc.) - so even though there's a monthly charge, I end up actually saving some money this way... and a ton of effort. I can't identify any. The only hard part about shopping for it so early in my new biz is that I haven't used any other platforms yet so I won't necessarily be able to compare it knowledgeably to something else - but since I have a background in content management I think I'll be able to do it. I have been pleasantly surprised by the functionality and ease of use with the Delenta platform. It really is a one stop shop for a coaching business --managing your calendaring, having key integrations with essential software systems, as a CRM system, and as a landing page for your business. With Delenta, a coach could forgo having a separate website, and use Delenta and it’s many features ( too numerous to list). You can connect your payment systems, set up individual and group coaching sessions, host courses, and a myriad of other things. You can customize your landing page, add content about your business, and brand yourself. It is very easy to set up (much easier than trying to do a website while you are trying to set up your business). Their support team is exceptional. Everything is in one place, and it works. Group and individual coaching, classes, messaging, notes, scheduling, payment, etc. The customer service is wonderful. It is far better than any other software I have tried. I am grateful that Delenta is dedicated to providing a coaching platform that facilitates positive and productive user experiences for both the coach and the client.
