This software is so much expensive as compared to its competitors so many clients cannot use this software because market provide the best platform. The one of the biggest problem in this software is that the limited storage space so we cannot store the data and documents in a huge range in this software. The ability to backup huge amounts of data to my cloud drive by setting up folders or disks to automatic upload at the scheduled times gives me peace of mind when it comes to my important files. I appreciate the ability to select the amount of resources that are being used by the desktop app, and the ability to free up my phone's storage from big files quickly. There are a few things that I found could get better:

1. Resource hungry app: the fact that I can notice a big difference on my computer performance when uploading is concerning. Yes, I can tune it down to battery saver mode, but that makes upload speeds insufficient.

2. Inability to search for an uploaded file: to download an uploaded file, you have to navigate folder by folder and find your file in the folder tree. The ability to just type the file/folder you want and get it in a few seconds should be a must for a better experience.

3. Download is incomplete at times: I've had some downloads get stuck at 99.98% for hours and even days, which prevented me from downloading some single files at times.

4. No access to files via web browser: unlike Google drive and other players, Degoo doesn't offer web browser access to files. Everything has to be done from the desktop or mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As Degoo is an online application so we have always have a risk of hack our account by hackers which creates problems for us. All of its features require strong strength of internet for work and overall design of this is bit hard for use. its a great software that keep the backup data on the Cloud that can be easily accessed from anywhere and can be restored anywhere.Degoo create backup/Clone ofthe data so that your data cannt got lose.Degoo allows us to restore same data on different machines .It has a simple interface with minimal number of options that makes it an easy to use product.mainly used interface options are Backup , restore and Preferences.Sharing of file is very easy with Degoo , even the other person does not have the Degoo.All the data that is backup , is encrypted with 128 bit encryption method .On Signup , 100GB of free space is provided and if required more space we can choose any other package as per our need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We manually need to Start backup if we want to backup any critical document , otherwise Degoo will backup it after scheduled time

there is a lot performance issue with the Degoo App , make the mobile slow and if using on website , makes the PC Slow
