What do you like best about Definitive Healthcare?

They have fundamental information on most hospitals and health systems. Relatively easy to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Definitive Healthcare?

Contracting and their litigious nature. 3-year agreement to evaluate the value of the service and an AUTOMATIC 3-year renewal without warning. Canceling is very difficult.
