everything else sucks. it removes pertient findings and plan. and puts things in the wrong sections. It puts objective and assessment IN the subjective. I would state objective findings outload and it will not replace it in the objective section. making it seem like I am contradicting myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DeepScribe has been the most consistently reliable medical application that I have used since entering full time private practice in 2021. Out of curiousity, I've tested other AI medical scribe and dictation apps but none have been as reliable with such excellent customer support. I rely on DeepScribe AI transcription notes and DeepScribe relies on Amazon Servers, which goes down from time to time without advance notice and sometimes all of my transcriptions for the day are lost! I'd like to see some way that my audio could be held on my device and uploaded when the servers are up again. That feature may have already been added for all I know because I've only lost transcriptions on 2 days since early 2021! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does an amazing job at compiling the HPI.

I don't have an Interface wiht intergy erm.

Does not always pick up the plan as well while with the patient. I typically have to redictate my plan. Many times I feel as if my note is not reviewed by a person after not is completed there is many errors spelling and grammar

When I directing dictate into the note I am not able to make it go to the next line. Other systems I can say paragraph or next line. This would help break up the continuous dictation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cuts down charting time. Very simple to use and get a response from my team when I have issues or need help navigating through something. Has been a great assistance in charting! Incorrect transcription from time to time. I usually email my team and let them know I keep seeing x, y or z "issue" they look into it and fix or give me advice how to avoid it happening in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that DeepScribe can listen while I am completing my office visit and compile the information into chart form saving me precious time later while closing notes and helping me recall things discussed in visit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I still am not as good at verbally triggering great documentation for the physical exam which has to do with me not stating the abnormal findings as clearly many times or feeling funny about stating something like you have "swollen anterior cervical lymph nodes" during the exam. My patients will at times speak to things that I may not have caught during the visit that lends itself to differential diagnoses. I am very happy to have this in the room with me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the editing that needs to happen, however, the support staff are very responsive and take the time to understand and fix problems that arise. There aren't a lot of mistakes, but they do happen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The results are inconsistent. Sometimes the info on the note has nothing to do with behavioral or mental health. The note itself is missing big categories and I have to add in the categories on every single note. Sometimes there are lots of words and other times not even enough to consider it a note. I appreciate the time savings and integration with DrChrono. Less clicks in the workflow. Customer service is good with regular notices regarding updates and minimal downtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Still some inconsistency with the level of detail note to note at times, as well as some slight redundancy section to section (HPI/PFSHx etc.). The team provides useful advice to prevent them in the future. The transcription process itself is highly impressive.
