The visual overview of key metrics. It's easy to navigate. Also, it's great how the platform collects and merges data from different channels. The best thing about Deepdivr is that you can benchmark data in a very easy and manageable way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside of the platform is that it's still new. Some of the features for other channels than Facebook are not yet developed. There are a few minor things when breaking down the data that bugs. There isn't much that I don't like about the platform. Sometimes we run into small bugs, but my experience is that there fixed quite fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The sheer amount of integrations in deepdivr ensured a complete overview of our paid campaigns across platforms. Deepdivr requires a well-founded analytics setup, which some organizations or smaller companies may not have. However, no service can make up for a lack of solid data foundations, and deepdivr shows its importance and pushes the user to establish this aswell, which can be an added benefit. Deepdivr has a really cool feature called filters, which enables you to look at content, target groups etc. across different campagins. This has helped us uptimize our paid advertisement a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their Google Analytics integration is new, so it is not as good as the other intergrations. I would like more freedom to get data and segment it in, the different widgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've spent several hours on manually creating in-depth reports, with deepdivr I can create the same reports in a fraction of the time I used to spend. The dashboards can easily be customized to fit my analytical needs for each campaign, giving me a great overview of my campaign performance. The fact that I can easily add in several brands/ad accounts and integrate with other platforms such as Google Analytics also saves me time as I can easily see the performance across our activities in one single space. In turn, this makes the optimization job easier and more efficient as well. The platform has a recommendations tool that allow me quickly see the simple changes I can implement to have my campaigns perform better, which is awesome!

It is also worth mentioning that they provide great customer service with regular follow-ups and are great sparring partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As of now they don't have any integration in place for Snapchat, but rumors say this will be available shortly. Other than that it would be great to have a publishing tool for organic posts and/or more insights on our organic activities. However, this is not a major downside for my part.

*Update 10.08.2021: Deepdivr integrated Snapchat, and this new integration will now allow me to get a quick overview as well as in-depth analysis on how my ads work together cross-platform. This again allows for much better budget allocation and ad optimization based on best performing platforms across markets and campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is clear that the product team behind Deepdivr have been on agency or client side: the platforms addresses almost all of the issues and frustrations I have when working with the "platform native" reporting tools. Instead of an hour it takes me about 5 minutes to create a YTD overview of social media performance accross ad accounts and brands. Change the key KPIs? No problem, I don´t have to create a report from scratch I can just use the same template and update the metrics that are presented. Deepdive (no pun intended) a a specific campaign or assess specific ad sets over time? I can just create a template once, and re-apply as desired. The way the metrics are presented are much more appealing and no more need to export to excel from Ad Reporting and create your own graphs when presenting to leadership, Deepdivr visualizes the data for me.
