I really enjoy how Decktopus allows me to quickly create designs using AI, making it easy to input an AI description for what I want and then manually adjust as needed. I like how fast it can create presentations with beautiful images and the ease of sharing them as a PDF or PPT file. The AI provides useful images that make the process quicker and more productive. It's also really easy to set up since it's an online cloud app, and understanding how it works is very straightforward without any complications. Plus, I appreciate that I was able to buy a lifetime deal so I don't have to spend money every month, and I feel the results are better since I can make longer presentations and easily edit images or text. Occasionally, some text can overlay on top of other text, but this can be easily fixed by manually editing. That's possibly something in the programming that could be fixed. The only other issue I had was my IP address stopping access to the program, though the support team quickly fixed it within an hour and a half to two hours. It's super buggy and unfriendly to use. Sometimes it crashes when trying to edit something. Everything is very clunky. When you duplicate something, it partly covers the duplicated part, but the duplicated items aren't selected, so you need to click them one by one. You used to be able to marquee select elements in earlier versions, but not anymore. After spending hours creating a presentation, it doesn't even work. Yes, the software works. But the experience of dealing with your team has been so miserable, I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.
