Most of the time it took lots of time while work on tracker studies. Like if you want to change and save something in tracker studies than it will take much time to save. Decipher is a fairly young package. Has many features that are not available in other packages for survey writing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software can use xml to construct the survey or you can use the "builder" to create your survey. They have many examples to start you off with and you can get started pretty quickly. The help pages to instruct you on the software include video's which helps dramatically. So much better than just reading the endless pages of instructions that usually just leave you scratching your head. Customer Support is always quick with a response and has to let me down.
