The portal is intuitive and very easy to use. They have thought of everything by adding prompts/links to help understand what something means. Their documentation is wonderful and their blog posts are very informative. I needed to contact support for a payment issue and it was quickly addressed. Cannot beat the pricing! We did a test with the free 100 credits and based on those results purchased a 100k chunk of credits. Very smart to offer free credits initially!
It was also very nice to see that credits were refunded back if the result was returned as "Unknown" which was unexpected and valuable! They did the validation but we weren't charged credits for these types of results. Amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The worst part was waiting for registration to be open so that we could create an account. It took a few days and this made us hesitant to start once this was reopened. We contacted support and never heard back about our inquiry as to the date when registration would open was pushed back every day while we waited. I would suggest a more informative page for potential customers that explains why registration is closed. The rest of your site and product are great but this one thing was almost a deal-breaker. Easy to use interface with quick results. Cost-effective and efficient email verification platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing at the moment. Started using it recently and the tool does exactly what it is supposed to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I hit the ground running with the free credits and immediately saw the value in checking my list (and preventing the wrong names from getting on the list, which I underestimated the importance of). They were also the best and easiest to use while still providing the technical (API access, docs) that a tech role would need. DeBounce increased our conversion rates. For example, eliminating inactive/throwaway e-mails gave us a more accurate picture of opens, click-throughs, and conversions. The value per e-mail checked was considerably better than their competitors and even allowed you to manually check an e-mail address in addition to uploading an entire list. I also appreciated the variety of integrations including via JavaScript, WordPress widget, API usage, manually checking e-mails and their countless number of official integrations which was very impressive. They integrate with dozens of complementary services with documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DeBounce did an overall good job for what they promised versus what they delivered. My main dislike is I used credits and didn't have the visibility into which domains applied. There is a feature that displays this information. However, it required using web-based API results, which was not intuitive.
Overall I didn't have any key dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DeBounce is very competitive with regards to pricing and has an easy user interface. DeBounce is mostly accurate with regards to the reports, however some improvements can be made with regards to accuracy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One major downside to DeBounce is how it reads an imported dataset. I have imported a dataset which contained a list of contacts, with some not contacting emails in the designated field however these lines are still included in the credit count.
I have also noticed that the reports aren’t very accurate in regards to syntax and duplication errors, as I had a list which contained these errors but where reported correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The service it's pretty good, not as fast as would like, for example a 17k contact list, took about 4h, but it's okay.
Before using DeBounce, we got upto 25% failed, and that was doing bad presence for our domain, also our SMTP server told us to fix that to keep using it. After we used deBounce, we only got like 25 failed mails, less than 2%, so it worked, for sure.
Also the price it's the cheapest we seen, so I would recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Speed was not that fast, but still Okay! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
