I hit the ground running with the free credits and immediately saw the value in checking my list (and preventing the wrong names from getting on the list, which I underestimated the importance of). They were also the best and easiest to use while still providing the technical (API access, docs) that a tech role would need. DeBounce increased our conversion rates. For example, eliminating inactive/throwaway e-mails gave us a more accurate picture of opens, click-throughs, and conversions. The value per e-mail checked was considerably better than their competitors and even allowed you to manually check an e-mail address in addition to uploading an entire list. I also appreciated the variety of integrations including via JavaScript, WordPress widget, API usage, manually checking e-mails and their countless number of official integrations which was very impressive. DeBounce did an overall good job for what they promised versus what they delivered. My main dislike is I used credits and didn't have the visibility into which domains applied. There is a feature that displays this information. However, it required using web-based API results, which was not intuitive.

I like the email validation tool to test if an email may be real. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DeBounce marked hundreds, probably thousands, of contacts in our database as having opted out of email. This included current customers, active leads, and more. Some of them were just not plausible, and we even asked a few if they had really opted out. They said no. Then I realized MY OWN email was marked as having opted out of our emails, so we really kenw something was wrong. When trying to do outbound, about every fourth person we were trying to contact was marked as having opted out, so it really limted our sales, onboarding, and customer messaging.
The worst part—we got ZERO response from their support team. No matter how much we begged for help, we didn't hear anything helpful from them (and it's been over a month and a half). Finally HubSpot was able to help us get it resolved since DeBounce did nothing.

Found out about DeBounce from a paid cold email group I'm a part of, lots of tool testing - debounce was the hands down winner when it comes to lowest bounce rates. The price is also a big plus, less than most competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only negative is the cleaned emails are only kept on the server for 7 days. So if you don't download in 7 days, it's deleted. Can't blame them, but it's something to be aware of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I started using Debounce with 25k credits to verify 20k leads and when I recieved the report back I found that only 52% of my leads has deliverability! without this verfication my emails and domain score would've been destroyed and the whole process was super quick and smooth with multiple options to get my reports!
