Best part is customer service. It is fast and they will almost always find a solution for your case, doesn't matter if it is a possible issue with the product or you need help designing solutions for your specfic use cases. They will always involve other people fom their team to help you if necessary and make great effort to onboard your team.
Implementation was easy. The time for a go-live really depends on the complexity of your quoting process and your teams efforts. We went live in about 3 months.
We have also tried implementing Salesforce CPQ, but it was taking more than 6 months, not solving all our problems and maintanance was much much harder. Dealhub was definitely much easier in our case and also preferred by the sales team.
The CPQ software is friendly, incredibly flexible and reliable. I've found ways of building almost everything that I imagined and found workarounds when needed.
Specially if you are an Excel person, you will have a great time building solutions independently after you get used to Dealhub's behavior. Playbook logic works great.
Integration with CRMs are very easy and without any need of coding in most cases. Both salesforce integration and hubspot integration work great, but you have more possibilities for Salesforce.
Products configuration can be done in mass via Excel file. So managing a large number of products most likely won't be a problem. There is also support for many different pricing calculations methods.
Upcoming changes also seem really promissing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You might ocasionally find some minor bugs. I've found very few and only one was not a visual/UI issue when configuring. In my case they all only happened when trying some very specific and complex configurations.
There are some limitations to formulae building. The possibility the nest functions is something I'd like to see improved. There are ways to achieve the same results, it is just more inconvenient.
Approvals workflows cannot be extremely complex. Don't expect to build fully customizable and flexible flows. We needed to adapt some of our approaches to get the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can get a good result with minimal effort.
Dealroom (micro-site) flexibility, look and feel.
CSMs are the best! always trying to push our requests to the development team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes Dealhub limitations are a pain, we have to use Salesforce automation to adjust Dealhub limitations.
Lack of BI tools and metadata monitoring.
Versions management, we can't work on two projects at the same time without causing dependencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dealhub is a very flexible and configurable tool with a seamless Salesforce integration. Our sellers find the platform very intuitive to use for quoting and love the DealRoom feature for sharing quotes with customers. A very sleek & professional platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keeping in mind Dealhub is primarily a CPQ tool and not an e-signature tool, the e-signature portion of the process still needs a little more maturity to support more enterprise use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DealHub allows our salesreps to create quotes from the CRM system and incaptulate all necessary products within a short period of time. Our business demands a very customizable way of structuring our products for customers, which DealHub has been able to solve.
The CSM we got appointed from DealHub has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I doubt we could have gotten this far this quick without his assistance. So thank you Ilay! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside of having a complex pricing structure, is the need to set up DealHub to handle this. The time spent configuring DealHub to allow this can be long at times, but it's needed to ensure both CRM and the CPQ system works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DealHub simplifies the entire sales process with its intuitive interface, seamless integration and implementation capabilities and robust features like DealRoom, real-time collaboration etc. Its flexibility allows us to customize WFs to match our needs and the built-in analytics provide valuable insights that drive better decision-making. Their customer support is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a bit of a learning curve when setting up one-off configurations. It is a no code soluiotn so you need to be creative when implementing one offs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since launching DealHub, we've experienced a highly organized process. AEs no longer need to ask numerous questions because the business model is clearly defined and seamlessly implemented in the playbook. The platform is intuitive, allowing to setup dynamic approval workflows, so AEs can proceed without waiting for long approval process. The DealRoom has become an amazing channel for prospect communication, while you have insights and alerts that drive action. Additionally, it enables file uploads, deal signing, and real-time synchronization with our CRM and ERP systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As we keep changing our business model it requires us to sometimes rely on KB or support. This so far finds great responses, examples and best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DealHub is a great solution to a complex org-wide issue, like CPQ and billing. I have worked with them twice now, and I cannot begin to express how helpful and supportive the implementation team was throughout the process. They will supercharge your quote to cash process with best-in-class process that enable long-term scalability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would add about 4 weeks to your implmentation timeline - not because of delays but because you should plan to scope to the best-in-class process versus just building what you have today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
