Very difficult to update the choices needed for cusomers

**What do you like best about Dealer-FX?**

Extensive integration with various DMS provides including some small ones
Virtual check-in and checkout
Retention tool
Dashboard tool worth calling out since it gives a 360 overview of your service department

**What do you dislike about Dealer-FX?**

The check-in tool is dated and the back shop technician application needs more work.  Technician application needs to be better integrated with DMS providers to push RO updates

**Recommendations to others considering Dealer-FX:**

Good integration with DMS providers including some small ones
Opportunity to consistently present maintenance and additional recommendation
Great appointment booking

The tool keeps your appointment booking organized and ensures that vehicles don't leave service with outstanding recalls.
The tool helps sell maintenance and additional recommendations to improve your maintenance penetration and increase the bottom line
