I really like DealCloud's flexibility. It's great that we can create new data objects and add or remove fields, which is super important for us as a growing organization. We're constantly getting new insights every month, and with the advancements in AI, it's crucial that we can easily add or delete objects and fields to keep our system up-to-date and running effectively. I think the usability from the user interface side is sometimes a bit intuitive and clunky. For example, the tasks are not really that usable. Also, it would be way better if DealCloud itself would provide an MCP to connect to programs like cloud or Copilot. The interface is clean, clearly designed for Private Equity and has a good number of tools that I don’t implement but could see myself using as my career continues and my firm continues to grow. I like DealCloud for building our deal pipeline and feeding interactions. I appreciate being able to add new contacts and companies, which helps us get all the analytics from every single meeting, including notes on active and past deals. I find the UI/UX of DealCloud to be sometimes slow, which can be quite frustrating.
