DBSync Cloud Workflow Pros and Cons

Any businesses looking to integrate their cloud applications with QuickBooks Desktop should look no further. We've been using DBSync for over a year now, and we're very happy with our decision to use their Cloud Workflow tool to integrate our Salesforce instance with QuickBooks Desktop. Their application uses the QB Web Connector and runs seamlessly to streamline our internal processes while reducing duplicated data entry efforts between both systems. We rarely run into any issues, but when we do, their customer support team works to get our business up and running quicker than expected. We've worked closely with Pooja on a number of items, including a recent migration to their new UI, and we appreciate that she always goes above and beyond to serve our DBSync needs. Due to the limitations of QuickBooks Desktop and it's Web Connector, there is a timed delay for syncing data between Salesforce and QuickBooks Desktop. This is not an issue with DBSync, but QBD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
