It is easy to use tool to manage and create Postgres databases and its queries in PostgresSQL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Need to learn the dbForge Studio first to use the tools efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is friendly, easy to use—great diagramming features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe it should work on Mac and Linux out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to configure and maintain several instances Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
lack of associate tools that can help you in daily basis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having had to work with Postgres the first time I was a bit scared, but this was actually easy, as most of the functionality I was used to from SSMS was located in the same places in dbForge Studio for Postgres.
The intelligent autocomplete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took some time to get the "script table as" function implemented for the team at Devart. I would have liked that earlier, but now it's there and really easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can see the model and relationships from one tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Need dbforge for postgresql data gen like dbforge for mysql Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It saved me so much time. Ensures syntax consistency. Nice interfacing.
Writing complex SQL queries and functions can be very frustrating sometimes (in fact, frustration is the norm...)! Especially the complex ones... I spent hours and hours trying to catch all those minor syntax problem. But no more. dbForge Studio for PostgreSQL (they have this for all major databases) is a GREAT GUI tool for database development and management. The IDE for PostgreSQL allows users to create, develop, and execute queries, edit and adjust the code to their requirements in a convenient and user-friendly interface. The tool also provides functionality for PostgreSQL data reporting, data editing, data import and export, building pivot tables and master-detail relations.
I am not a distributor and seller of this product! it is just so great that I feel I have to share it you you.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support for PLpsSQL can be improved... Writing the functions for the triggers is still an issue but I am sure it will be added... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use dbForge for PostgreSQL as for my main DB IDE. I had Navicat and always used it. From the first version of dbForge, I never ever used navicat once again. Seems very stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I already reported many bug reports and it seems Devart successfully managed to fix them. Only thing makes me think is to edit table schema. This is not so much showstopper for me at the moment because I use internal tools for table editing for my apps. (Migrations) No advanced database configuration (tablespaces...) can be made at the moment.
But this is very young product so I would expect such delay on these features as usual. No table schema editing but this can be done in second app (pgadmin v4) if necessary until dbForge implement it. Also, when I click on json value I had to manually switch to JSON View mode. It should automatically mark it as json view when i view a cell that has a json data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
dbForge's data visualizer is above and beyond anything I've seen from other products (commercial or otherwise). This feature, along with a great looking and familiar user interface (reminiscent of SQL Server Management Studio), and good syntax completion make your product a "must have" for Postgresql development.
I really appreciate that dbForge offers a free community edition as well. It's awesome to be able to also use a tool of this caliber on personal projects too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing. dbForge for Postgresql fills a gap that I've felt has existed for a long time in the Postgres community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
