It gives us multiple operations that explicitly merges our bitmaps obtained from our indices scanning. During data block overhead, it stores metadata for managing our block header, table directories, and record directories. **What do you dislike about dbForge Studio for Oracle?** Its cache recovery is beneficial for our database instance recovery. All our committed and non-committed changes are updated in our logs which can be retrieved for further analysis. Slow listing of database objects (when I have ~10000 packages and ~16000 views in DB). It gives us the option of keeping the data synchronized between different Oracle servers and with this we manage to automate the change management process of the application schemas, while the development lasts. **What do you dislike about dbForge Studio for Oracle?** Improve connection manager. Visually confusions can be generated due to the location of some of the options, mainly when you configure the TNS. It would be very useful if in all the screens you can see the number of lines or total registers of the program; sometimes this number can be seen in a tab, where the table definition is, but it is not always visible. I have used dbForge for MySQL for years which mimics that UI. When I was tasked with developing an Oracle project, there is nowhere else I would turn to! This UI made it extremely easy to transition. **What do you dislike about dbForge Studio for Oracle?** I am not cure if this is dbForge issue or Oracle because of my limited knowledge of Oracle, but When I try to stop an executing stored procedure, it take a long time and I end up having to kill the session. As the cloud becomes more popular, I would also like to see options that support cloud databases. I know from a MySQL standpoint, dbForge outperforms any of the other tools. For that reason, I chose it for Oracle and have not been disappointed. It would be nice if I could identify this connection as AWS RDS and when i use session manager to kill a session, it executes that command instead of the standard kill command which doesn't work on AWS servers. ### 10. Do not need much hardware to work properly and gets the job done. **What do you dislike about dbForge Studio for Oracle?** I did not like the fact that has a lor of inconsitencis when i try to run it over linux , using WINE is getting a lot of errors and finally lost the batle against windows , that minmun to work is Windows seven , and is not so much better either , the best i got working was windows 10 . **Recommendations to others considering dbForge Studio for Oracle:** Use it on windows , linux is not working properly , even wit the most windows like distros keep crashing , so do not make the mistake and use it on windows 10 , windows 7 is note at his best performance.
