Like that we can fix prices on our own. Also tech support is very helpful. **What do you dislike about DaySmart Vet?** How slow it can be at times. Also wish there was more features. Wish they didn’t take the check out option. Wish there was a way to just message the doctor instead of putting a task to know the invoice is ready **Recommendations to others considering DaySmart Vet:** If your looking for something paperless and cloud base where you can log in anywhere or at home better the way to go to see all charts. **What problems is DaySmart Vet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paperless for our business and computer is the way to go ### 2. It makes our jobs much easier, as we're able to review and complete medical records from home - therefore reducing time spent in the office. **What do you dislike about DaySmart Vet?** It clearly was not created by a veterinary professional. There are certain features that are missing - like a schedule that auto-refreshes, or the ability to see the pet's weight on every page. **Recommendations to others considering DaySmart Vet:** Ask for access to the trial software. Use it for an hour or two. You'll find that it is so simple and easy to learn! **What problems is DaySmart Vet solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to work from home is huge! ### 3. Interesting features but lacks ones that seem common sense to have **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Veterinary | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2019 **What do you like best about DaySmart Vet?** Easy to use and pick up quickly, uses a cloud system to can log in anywhere with internet **What do you dislike about DaySmart Vet?** Inventory management, invoicing, too many clicks from page to page, how to input orders for inventory, not easy to pull up over due patients, the transition didn’t go great for vaccines and annuals **Recommendations to others considering DaySmart Vet:** Make sure it matches other things your already using, antech, the ordering system, if it doesn’t it’s a pain in the butt **What problems is DaySmart Vet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not having proper inventory reports at the tip of my fingers, inventory not user friendly to add, invoicing has a lot of steps, referrals from clients go under the clients file as a relationship. Can use anywhere with internet, easy to use, has a good reporting system for financials and clients ### 4. The program is clean and professional looking without distracting color schemes or images. **What do you dislike about DaySmart Vet?** Vetter can occasionally be cumbersome for certain tasks, requiring a large number of steps to complete what you are intending to do. Some updating to the software to make there be less steps to accomplish what you need to do would be ideal. **What problems is DaySmart Vet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vetter allows all patient information to be kept electronically and eliminates the need for any paper records. This cuts down on the time it takes to find a file as well as saving on space. ### 5. We can access records offsite (home, house calls) ### 6. It helps with continuity of care and follow ups. It works much better than having a note board or paper messages that get lost and don't have any kind of reminders. **What do you dislike about DaySmart Vet?** I don't like that you have to log in all the time. It times out too quickly. There should be some type of a quick access multi-user option. **What problems is DaySmart Vet solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is used for keeping veterinary records. ### 7. Very helpful to listen at your Own speed **What problems is DaySmart Vet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like how easy to navigate charts and invoices are. Especially for multiple pets and years of visits.
