What do you like best about Dayforce?

Ceridian Dayforce's best quality is the singular data resource vs. connecting multiple different bolt-on modules. This helps minimize the potential for error when integrating with several systems and data integrity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dayforce?

One of the downsides of Ceridian Dayforce is the FMLA and HR Incident management features. It is difficult to manage FMLA dating that's systematic vs. manual. HR Incidents is a bare-bones model that can only be managed by HR vs. sections available to the manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ceridian Dayforce has helped reduce the amount of time spent on manual Payroll and HR tasks. We went from PDF paper PTO requests to an automated function. It has also cut down on how long Onboarding employees takes with nearly all of their paperwork, resources, and learning available in a singular system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
