My primary focus is on the Payroll side. The tight integration we see with HR/benefits and Payroll is exactly what we needed in and HCM solution. The support can be frustrating at times. I find there is one, maybe two folks in my designated pod that I'm happy to get on my tickets. Often times I feel as though other support folks don't take the time to read my tickets thoroughly and find that I'm often repeating myself or not being heard.
