Daxko has been putting in a good amount of updating to make the check in and member search processes better for the operators. The user/consumer end is very simple to use. It is overly difficult to register someone for multiple programs at the same time, recreating programs on a monthly/bi-monthly basis is tedious, and only being able to download reports as Excel files can be very difficult for organizations that use other operating systems. It goes from widest category and then further breaks it down in digestible chunks to smaller more specific categorys. Ive never had any non user error issues with finding members or programs! Every time I switch to a new computer that doesnt remember me, I have to go back into device settings and tell it again to use the topaz signing pad instead of my mouse to accept signatures.
