It seems to only be programmed to work with certain versions, and we were lead to believe otherwise when considering Daxko as an option. Manual entry is now required increasing the workload significantly. **Recommendations to others considering Daxko Operations:** Carefully consider the extra steps that may be involved with the accounting side of things. It is a great way to track attendance of memberships and register for programs that your company would offer to the public. **What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?** I dislike the speed at which Daxko Operations can run- the program is slow moving no matter your network or computer. There are a few limitations when it comes to program options, but you end up creating your own work-arounds. Using this program does require training and hands-on practice for all staff to be successful. **Recommendations to others considering Daxko Operations:** Dasko Operations has program limitations that I highly suggest you research beforehand. It can take registrations for programs- if your business needs to register people for specific programs- but it has limitations in the lists it can generate. The positive point is that they do seem willing to work out solutions and build in capabilities for you, so if you're patient and you like what they offer in general, it might be worth trying out. On the flip side, a lot of minor issues that were easily solved in our former software have very complicated solutions that are not as user-friendly. It is very easy access to member information as well as put notes and alerts on the accounts for any user to see. **What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?** You must pay to add something more to your account. I dislike how you have to go through so many steps sometimes to access something or to go through to a payment option. I wish the current pay method would pop up when paying instead of looking at multiple credit card numbers. It then makes you look back at the unit screen and then back to the payment screen. **Recommendations to others considering Daxko Operations:** I wish some of the tools you need to access wouldn't be hidden in the $0.00 or under a certain tab. I sometimes forget where to find what i'm looking for. **What problems is Daxko Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has a trainer which runs the same way as the real live site, and you can better understand things by using it first. It definitely is user friendly and lets you see all the information at once. Once a person is in the system, they are in forever unless deleted or changed to deceased.
