"Effortless Remote Management with Datto RMM"
5/5
What do you like best about Datto RMM?

I like Datto RMM's vast set of user-rich features, especially for remote access and app deployment. The PowerShell capability to send commands to devices is fantastic because it enables managing a large infrastructure without being at the physical machine. The setup was very easy and required minimal technical knowledge, like configuring users and setting up group permissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datto RMM?

There's not much that I could improve upon, it'd be nice if there was a couple more apps in the patch management side of things, but that's really it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Datto RMM: Fast Remote Support, Smart Automation, and Strong Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Datto RMM?

Datto RMM is a strong tool for managing and monitoring devices across multiple environments from a single platform. It makes remote support quick and reliable, which is a big help when troubleshooting issues without needing to be on-site. The automation features, especially around patching and scripting, save a lot of time and reduce manual work. It also integrates well with tools like Autotask and IT Glue, which helps keep workflows connected and efficient. Overall, it provides good visibility into systems and helps keep everything running smoothly and proactively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datto RMM?

Datto RMM can be frustrating at times, especially with performance and reliability in certain areas. The platform can feel a bit slow, particularly when using remote access or navigating between features, and occasional latency or connection issues can impact efficiency. Some parts of the interface also feel outdated or less intuitive, requiring extra clicks to find what you need. Additionally, there can be inconsistencies with features like agents or remote tools, and some functionality still feels like it needs refinement or modernization. "Effortless Remote Monitoring and Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Datto RMM?

I use Datto RMM for monitoring and remotely supporting all of our endpoints. I like the web remote feature and quick jobs. It integrates pretty well with the other Kaseya products, but Datto RMM is great as it is and does exactly what it says on the tin. The initial setup was fairly easy with help from the onboarding sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datto RMM?

The windows patching can be a little bit ambiguous, it needs a fair bit of configuring to get it working well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Monitoring with Policy Updates"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Datto RMM?

I like the flexibility with the dynamic filters in Datto RMM. Being able to run monitoring policies for missing software and using that capability to deploy is great. I also appreciate how easy it is to track with alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datto RMM?

I would say sometimes the dynamic filtering takes a while to update on the machines, and policies don't take effect until possibly the next day. So if there's a better way to make monitoring policies a little bit more reactive for a response here, that'd be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Endpoint Management with Seamless Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Datto RMM?

I like the integrations with Autotask and IT Glue because they really speed up our work. Our techs can quickly address issues faster with information in IT Glue ready for them in Datto RMM. The initial setup of Datto RMM was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datto RMM?

It would be nice to have a better way to review misconfigurations and a straightforward method for configuring password integration. If false passwords are in, it should easily let our techs focus on the correct password or create a flag that an admin needs to fix the integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
