automatic patching, comprehensive system audits, browser-based remote access client, and system monitoring, easy to manage multiple sites.

The Web Remote is just ok. There are times when it won't connect at all, others where the performance is terrible. And the features aren't as complete as other remote control tools like Take Control by Nable, for instance. Also, it can be hard to find exact alerts because you can't filter by the title of the alert. I think this would be a very useful feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
