The web dashboard gives a quick comprehensive overview of the protected endpoints. It can be rolled out using RMM and immediately begins scanning protecting and resolving issues. Raising alerts and resolution is simple and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's an entry level EDR tool (and priced that way), and is being rapidly developed now that is has been brought to market by Kaseya. However, it's easy to use and configure and is MSP friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datto Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)?

There are still a lot of features that are being released. It's underlying requirement to use Windows Defender is great, but that creates a need to use another AV product with non windows devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
