As of spring 2021, the software required you to get in contact with an IT company, and there didn't seem to be any self-serve option. You can still contact Datto directly, and they will put you in contact with a Datto Partner, but this makes it harder for the general public to take advantage of this tool. You can just go on their website and look at pricing, you have to "request pricing," and that's always discouraging when researching software. I think it hurts the company in this case.
