**What do you like best about DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

Low pricing per employee. One rep that stayed with us after extreme dissatisfaction time period. S White.

**What do you dislike about DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

Breach of specific employee data in regards to W2's 2025 and paystub in 2026 going to other employees. Slow, low understanding, inaccurate responses in Customer service. NOT user friendly especially in finding specific info or data, report writing, audit functions. Inaccurate time zone updates (AZ we don't change) spanning years, inaccurate PTO accruals, Sick time updates, end of year adjustments of accruals, and incorrect PTO start accruals.

**What problems is DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After years of inaccurate accrual calculations, they fixed the beginning accrual calculation for new hires. It doesn't really benefit us as we have had enough inaccurate calculations over the year, I will continue to manually check this function. We experienced very poor customer service over a years time and they assigned us a specific rep to help solve the issues. S White has made a difference in us leaving then vs. now. She kept us with Datis for longer that we should have and have benefited our company by getting very old tickets solved. Wish we could take her with us to another payroll company.

How all HR aspects are corporated into one place.

I feel lost most of the time when trying to find specific info on EE.  It should be easier and more fields need to be added for Mental Health businesses.   I also feel that this company should do more outreach to help their clients utilize their product in the most productive way.

**Recommendations to others considering DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud:**

We have many pending items that haven't been resolved. Also, we continue to submit claims but don't get sufficient answers to make this work to our advantage.  An example I have is reporting injuries, but your system doesn't produce the OSHA 300.  This is a waste of time inputting our injuries.   We are trying to implement a tracking tool for transportation documents to sent reminders that driver's licenses, state inspection, insurances, and registration are due.  These are just a few issues that haven't been met.

I'm not happy with this product I dont use the cloud

I like being able to track each employee's job journey throughout their time in the organization. It records all details of the assignments, job descriptions, documents, compensation, performance reviews, and termination details.

**What do you dislike about DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

The performance evaluation platform could use a little work. Feedback could be more frequent, easier, and get smoothly to the employees' eyes in a productive way.

**Recommendations to others considering DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud:**

Take a strong look at this, especially if you do social services, mental health or other types of health care.

**What problems is DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HR is a very busy place with 1100 employees and to be able to organize and document the employee life span in an efficient place that is easy to access and edit is a lifesaver! And it is portable in a convenient, fun app. Payroll runs very smoothly and it is easy to track DOL requirements. Finally, I enjoy the reporting feature to take all that employee data from all those years past and analyze trends. Reporting and tracking solves the problem of painstaking tracking by a spreadsheet that takes hours.

Easy to manage our table of org with staff data available all in one place. The benefits are that it is a system that accurately keeps track of PTO, pay, and benefits all together.

Customer Service is an area that appears lacking.  The sender of a help ticket receives notification that the ticket has been received; however, the timeliness of follow up varies.  I have reached out several times to inquire about the status of the help ticket as I don't receive regular updates.

Do your research - ask for references of companies using DATIS who are similar to services provided by your agency

Coming from a software that is not user-friendly, I love the ease of E3 so far!  Seems as if so much more information is avalable and reporting.  Customer service is quick and accurate.

**What do you dislike about DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

I haven't found anything yet!  We are finishing up the implementation stage and making sure all data is moved over.  The only thing I would change so far is more effortless data transfer.  We were told they would be able to import a substantial amount of data from our system without requiring so much on our part.

**Recommendations to others considering DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud:**

This software has been a tremendous upgrade from our previous software. Using Datis, we have been able to alleviate duplicate work, and it also provides peace of mind to staff and supervisors.  It is very user-friendly.

We will be alleviating a lot of duplicate work that our previous software required.  We love that the positions can be transferred with a new employee and do not need to be set up from scratch every time someone relocates.

The software works well for the majority of our business needs. Easy access to any information at your fingertips. Employee's have access to their history.

Customer service - the response and resolution time leave a lot to be desired. We still have two outstanding service tickets that we've been working on for almost two months.

Make sure you know all of the features that you want and how they will be relayed to you from the system before implementation. It's challenging to add new features after you sign the contract.

Applicant tracking, covid tracking, benefits, payroll,W2, history - previously, we did all of this by hand, so DATIS has made our lives much more manageable.

Their timekeeping and payroll are without question the best we've seen or used.  The position control and approval workflows are equally as good.  And I like that epunch and basic functions are now available on smart phones.

The performance evaluations/reviews are not effective.  The recruiting tool is good, but you can't pull any data from the applications because they are through a report writer.

DATIS is helpful in assisting us with monitoring staff productivity as well as offering us many different ways to compensate staff such as tasks outside their normal duties that would provide them additional pay.

Even though there are many awesome ideas every year, but I feel like there isn't ever much follow-up. We're promised new amazing technology, then we never hear anything again about it, much less get trained on when/if things are actually released.

Datis is a great platform, but they still have plenty of room to grow and advance to be phenomenal.

We use DATIS for HRIS and Payroll. It's a pretty open platform and we're currently working on performance management advances and implementing those.

We used to have paper-based timesheets, and every payroll was a nightmare.  Timesheets in e3 now make payroll quick and very easy.  We can keep much better track of HR information.  The senior support team is always extremely helpful.

While everyone on the support team is cordial and tries to be helpful, some newer team members have limited knowledge of e3.  This limited knowledge results in much wasted time trying to get a simple answer to a question.

DATIS  has dramatically helped us streamline payroll and HR.

DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud, is one of the most user-friendly HRI systems I have used. There are a lot of informative features for employees, administrators, and supervisors. The staff is very supportive.

Most new features are all for the Mobile app and take a long time (if at all) to reach the desktop version.

When our company moved to DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud, we could go green and do away with so much paper use.

report writing--I find this to be so difficult to get to what I want, secondary payers have no start/stop dates.  I feel that since the merge with Continuum Cloud customer service has not been good.  I have asked on 3 seperate occasions for training to set up a new feature with no response.

**What do you like best about DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

The company itself works with you to implement the product according to your specific needs. The customer and tech support is very responsive. Once it is implemented, the software is very intuitive. The system allows for many levels of permissions, custom workflows, communication and employee engagement tools, and the system is mobile.

From the end-user perspective, the system is very clear and provides access to all employee documents, including benefits, PTO balances, leave requests, timesheets, and so much more. 

From the employee engagement perspective, the system allows for team members to give "shout outs" to each other, which has been a great tool to keep the workforce engaged during COVID.

From the onboarding and position control perspective, the system has a "seat" management that allows for very tight control of position requisitions. Workflows can be set up in such a way that checks and balances are in place. It all depends on how you set it up from the get-go. And for that, Datis support staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 

The system allows for integration with many other platforms as it is based on SQL.

From payroll management to the integration of company values, objectives, job descriptions, and even an employment applicant system management, Datis e3 is a very comprehensive solution.

**What do you dislike about DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

There's a learning curve to every system. The system does provide with a lot of support materials and videos. As the system is moving to being more mobile, implementation is slow and some features are not fully deployed. They have a "road map" for implementation of new features but they have not always kept up with their own timeline.

**Recommendations to others considering DATIS, Part of ContinuumCloud:**

Consider a demo. Get a comprehensive picture of what you want the system to do for you. Have multiple eyes look at the system. An implementation of a product like this is a long-term investment.

Datis has helped us solve our payroll and HR management system. Benefits include a great degree of control over internal workforce management processes, with the ability to delegate decision making process based on custom workflows.

Report writer, it is not user friendly, and I don't particularly appreciate that everything has to go thru a ticket system when your CEO wants a phone conference. It would be helpful to have a live voice and someone you can speak with when management wants to talk to someone now.

I am not sure that we are solving problems yet; we do have issues that need addressing. We are waiting for someone to get back to us to fix our problems.

We went from multiple payroll/time clock systems to one easy to use, high functionality complete HRIS system.  We saved one FTE in payroll, we are now 98% paperless, we have cloud access to HR/Payroll and we pay our employees weekly because of Datis' efficiency.
