What do you like best about datascalehr?

I currently use datascalehr for a data migration project, and it helps me streamline what would otherwise be a time-consuming process. I appreciate how it ensures consistency and accuracy during data transfers, reducing the risk of errors associated with previous data migration tools. It's also an excellent centralized platform for HR functions, which makes navigation across different modules easy and improves data accuracy. I love that it reduces the need for manual administrative work and enables more flexible and customized reporting options. The ease of use really stands out for me. It's quick to navigate and doesn't require intensive training. This powerful tool feels straightforward, bridging the gap between powerful functionality and everyday use. The initial setup was very easy, as I can have a client setup in minutes with only a few steps. The team behind datascalehr is also impressive. What do you dislike about datascalehr?

Within the data migration process there is still a lot of manual offline (Excel) mapping required before configuring in datascalehr. I look forward to the future where datascalehr could potentially reduce the need for it. Their automatic field mapping using their Knowledge Model works well but with detailed and more complex mappings, a lot of input from my side is still required. What do you like best about datascalehr?

I really appreciate how datascalehr makes integration setup very easy and fast. I just need to feed the file inputs and outputs, and it can recognize the field mappings and introduce the business rules. Within a few hours, I have everything set up, which greatly reduces the risk of maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets. I love having everything in one place where my users can access our business rules, mappings, and files. It's also extremely easy to set up because it's a very intuitive tool. What do you dislike about datascalehr?

The one area that definitely needs improvement is the context around systems. datascalehr understand mappings well but does not understand yet how to make decisions around what data to send. For example, when working with BambooHR and SAP systems of record, BambooHR can only send single, current records, whereas SAP receives them in a different format. I'd like dshr to have built-in intelligence to know how different systems work instead of just doing plain mappings, also containing the rules and the context around the systems we're integrating. I think it's good that all data can be imported and actions can be configured at the field level, which offers great flexibility. Data can be reconciled, and the databases are written during import. All these are great features to provide the customer with a great customer experience. I also like the technical possibilities and the way datascalehr has been set up. What do you dislike about datascalehr?

One needs a bit of technical know-how to feel confident in the operation. Mistakes can happen, and often less technical people don't know what to adjust or do.
