Together with the DATARAILS team we implemented a first use case together, which helped me and my colleagues to better understand how the software works and how we can automate processes efficiently. If you have experience with Pivot tables, you'll get the hang of it very quickly, which I liked. Special thanks to Omer and Hadar, who did an outstanding job helping us during the initial setup. **What do you dislike about Datarails?** Nothing much. DATARAILS can basically cover every use case, which can be daunting and is less "plug-and-play" than other FP&A tools. I'd say you need limited technical knowledge to maneuver independently, which could be a limiting factor for other Finance departments. It would be nice to provide more teaching material, which - to my understanding - DATARAILS is working on right now. **What problems is Datarails solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating monthly and quarterly reporting processes, many other smaller use cases that we could solve independently. Now, I upload all the data from our CRM and, once it's mapped in DataRails, I can click a button and have our whole reporting package updates. We have been able to work through any struggles to get the process we wanted. It usually required some trial and error, but they could always figure out how to accomplish our goals. **What problems is Datarails solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had to manually enter revenue information from our electronic health record system into our accounting software. Datarails created a file that would take the data, break it into the appropriate revenue generation center of our practice (27 centers) and make the information importable into Quickbooks. This process saved us about 30-40 hours of labor a month. They were also able to help us automate some allocation formulas and import the results as well.
