The greatest upside to using Dataminr is its seemingly endless potential. You get out of the tool what you put in, and becoming a Dataminr subject matter expert can exponentially assist in intelligence gathering. There are no true downsides to using dataminr, however, there is a bit of a learning curve that you have to overcome to fully understand the tools capabilities. This requires at times, multiple sessions with the support team and a number of trainings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
