The platform’s elegant dashboards give me a window into how customers engage with our brand so I can better understand trends and enhance their experience. **What do you dislike about datakili?** I have found its drawback in terms of integration with our old CRM software. Data import is a quite tedious process and its implementation needs assistance from a technical specialist, which in a way hampers effective work. **What problems is datakili solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Datakili’s omnichannel approach, these sources of data are no longer disparate, and a more complete picture of customer behavior is possible. As a result, this new knowledge enlightened me to proactively target individual customers and increase more sales. ### 2.
