What do you like best about datajar.mobi?

The support team are very quick to pickup and implement service requests. The Datajar Defend (Antivirus), application whitelisting and software update deployment deferral give us security assurance for our endpoints.

I have reached out to their technical team a number of times for advice on new technologies we are looking to purchase and I'm always impressed with their knowledge of Mac Administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about datajar.mobi?

Not really a dislike, but the Datajar platform does require a complete wipe of the laptop to enrol. Therefore, consideration should be given on how to backup user data before enrolling especially as Time Machine is not really an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed MDM to consistently deploy our VPN client and vulnerability agent to every endpoint.

The company in general have probably the best Apple Pro Services I've ever experienced, so don't just leave it at datajar.mobi, there's all sorts of projects they can help with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've managed to save huge amounts of time on software updates, and also made our environment more secure by ensuring we have the latest patches installed straight away. Our IT department did not have the resources to effectively manage our student Macintosh Lab environment dedicated to one school. It was difficult to keep up with technology advancements and changes from year to year. DataJar have solved that problem for us and as a result those students have a much improved experience.
