The core functionality is great, but I would like to see more pre-built templates for review responses, especially for niche industries. We have used few proxy services in the past. DataImpulse is so far the best. We bought the service and immediately started to use it without any problems. They have clear control panel with nice documentation and even nicer customer service.

Also nice feature is that there is always somebody to help. We tried their helpdesk chat before purchase and also after. Their attitude didn't changed after our purchase and they are always super helpful and fast. That's not common at all, I tried lot of them, trust me, these guys know how to handle a customer.
