I am impressed with their sales, service, and support. Their support team is superior to most companies that I have ever leveraged. As an example, during a recent impact to credential stuffing and fake registrations, DataDome was able to create a custom model to prevent the bot traffic within 1 business day. When signing on with new partners, your first concern is will I need a ressource to now manage this platform and it has not been the case. The support from datadome has been great.
