I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support provided by the Dataddo team, and in particular, by Josep. My experience with their customer service has been nothing short of exceptional, and I feel it’s important to highlight their dedication and expertise.
From the very beginning, the support team at Dataddo demonstrated a deep understanding of the platform and a willingness to go above and beyond to resolve any issues I encountered. Josep, in particular, stood out with his professionalism, prompt responses, and genuine desire to help. He took the time to understand my needs thoroughly and offered tailored, practical, and effective solutions.
What impressed me most was Josep’s ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He maintained a positive and approachable attitude throughout our interactions, which made me feel valued as a customer.
Additionally, the follow-up communication from the team was impeccable. They ensured that all my concerns were addressed, and Josep even shared helpful tips to optimize my workflow with Dataddo. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction is infrequent and deserves recognition.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dataddo, not just for its robust features but also for the incredible support team behind it. Thank you, Josep, for making my experience so seamless and enjoyable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For myself, I did not discover any such aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've explored number of options to set up streaming data from AWS to GCP, but some of them required complex set up involving networking specialist, engineers, other tools were too expensive for our small business.
Dataddo is easy to set up, straight forward and doesn't require reading lots of documentations to create a flow.
Main features why we choose this tool:
- Being able to choose data residency
- Security
- Cost
- Being able to choose specific columns from table and limit by date (snapshotting works via SQL)
- Reliable
Now it's been four months of using the tool and it is reliable, doesn't need maintanence, everything running smoothly, data is matching.
I see that the tool is developing, I liked the recent changes in the interface, when team added additional info.
Also I liked the customer service, our account manager was supportive on all stages. Even for specific technical questions he set up a meeting with their technical architect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At first, I asked about features such as conditional stream running—specifically, the ability to stop other tables from running if one table fails—and the ability to pass arguments to the snapshot SQL. It would make easier to troubleshoot and fix if something fails. However, these features are no longer necessary, as everything is running smooth without fails. First of all, the support, from the first contact, always showed themselves to be very helpful, both in explanations and guidance, as well as in the day-to-day use of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For now, there is nothing that I am not liking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is so user friendly and doesnt have any learning curve. Any user can really understand and create their own custom flows without any external support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If a flow is created, DataDDO needs to introduce how to add more features in the flow (maybe edit columns or add/remove them instead of creating and replacing with a net new flow) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
great experience with the overal with UI/UX easy to learn and use.
support with various data source and easy to analyze all data source in single platform.

support team is quick response and helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
some data source still not smooth maybe datadoo need to develop more on that.
double cost when pulling the data from the same source but seem not big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am thoroughly impressed with the data connector for HubSpot! The seamless integration has significantly streamlined our workflow, allowing us to effortlessly sync and manage data between different platforms. The user-friendly interface and robust functionality have made it incredibly easy to extract valuable insights from our HubSpot data. This connector has not only saved us time but has also enhanced the overall efficiency of our marketing and sales processes. Kudos to the team for developing such a reliable and efficient tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area where I believe there is room for improvement is in the sync frequency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to set-up and start using, little to no technical knowledge required Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's quite a simple tool, if you have more "sophisticated" use cases it might not be the best tool, but definitely great to start testing easy automation and getting the basic use cases proven. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is really robust -- there are a lot of connetors. It's a better deal than many competitors on its face, but they went above and beyond to offer a significant non-profit discount. It made it possible for me to get approved, and it's been a game changer. They've been really helpful with resolving my issues and doing a bit of custom work. Doing complex table joins is not possible as a user. But sometimes, it would be greatly helpful to join many tables, because particular sites segment their tables into many disperate pieces.
The system can also be unintuitive to navigate. Changing connections after the fact is complicated, despite ease of use during initial set ups. Most of my connections, I have to go back and edit them after the fact. I appreciate it's difficult to create a univeral GUI for disparate connections, though. It is a good tool for data lake, it has great connections and their customer service is amazing. The implementation and use is very easy, and if you need help, there a lot of mini instructions all over the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To create historics on the data you HAVE to contact custome service. THEY ARE VERY HEPFUL but I wish i didnt need their help to scrap old data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Supports Quickbooks data transfer directly from QBO to PostgreSQL data tables automatically on scheduled basis with ability to set time window for selected data sets. Eliminates need for any manual intervention to utilize CSV formatted export files as means to import into SQL tables. Great customer support for configuring exports exactly to my requirements and integration needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I did not like is that pricing is fairly high for 3 data set export limit. Would like a more flexible pricing plan where data set quantities can be increased s.t. lower cost per data set results and where I can assign data sets at will to different clients. I.e. pricing plan that is more developer/reseller oriented vs. end user oriented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
