"We Love DashThis!"

What do you like best about DashThis?

I've just built out a new dashboard for one of our clients. It looks great and the client will love it (especially because we're getting great ROI for them).

I love DashThis. I've tried so many other dashboarding tools and this is by far the best one I've found.

Plus, the new Instagram Insights and the ability to display the image of the best performing posts has just saved us a load of time that we were spending adding in the images manually.

Oh and then support from our rep (Laury) is brilliant.

What do you dislike about DashThis?

What do you like best about DashThis?

My account manager is amazing, he is always very fast to respond and resolve anything we need, while he was on vacation we another account manager who was just as great, they really have a great team! The dashboards are extremely easy to use and create. There are a lot of options for customization which is very helpful with our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DashThis?

Only thing we are missing currently is Google My Business metrics for SEO, but we have been chosen for beta testing on that subject! So we know it is coming and we are very excited! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are currently only have small (usually my user error) things I have to ask questions on and need help with. There are a few metrics we have asked for and have been told DashThis is working on, so we will be happy to see those results. We have seen them working very hard on anything we ask for, so we are very pleased with their services. Our team is happy with how many customization's we can make to fit their needs. "A Very Powerful Piece Of Reporting Software"

What do you like best about DashThis?

DashThis is a very powerful tool that allows you to report on basically anything thanks to its many integrations (CSV uploads are supported too).

We had been using the software for little over a year and it had proven itself as a time-saving tool.

I would only recommend DashThis to people and teams who have the time to learn the functionality of DashThis in order to get the most of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DashThis?

We've always seemed to have a few issues with exporting as PDF's, particularly with the formatting of our comments in reports. The ability for more custom designs without paying more for custom design / white label means we probably would have been retained further.

"Robust Reporting Platform "

What do you like best about DashThis?

DashThis is an excellent reporting platform that makes it easy to integrate with a big number of advertising platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/IG, Twitter, MailChimp and more. Any platform that doesn't have an API to plug into DashThis can easily be turned into a custom CVS data to add to reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DashThis?

I wish that with one reports, you could compare different time frames. Currently, to compare year over year, you have to have a separate report to also look at month over month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the customer service from DashThis is extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Our rep has even made personalized videos demonstrating exactly how to do things if I couldn't find the answers in the knowledge base. "Great Reporting Tool for Client Ad Campaigns"

What do you like best about DashThis?

Ease of use / Simplicity - We assessed various tools such as Klipfolio and Swydo and Dashthis was on a whole another level.

Loading speed of reports - One issue where we went against going with Klipfolio was the speed to load dashboards and Dashthis completely eliminated this concern with their tool.

All Facebook ad metrics are supported unlike other tools out there - Average video watch time, videos watched at 75%, etc.

Easy to understand interface - Quick to get up and running

What do you dislike about DashThis?

- No option to clone widgets (however dashboards can be cloned)

- Data is not real time with the daily periodic dashboards (won't matter to those using these for Client Reports but with our Facebook ads management service, we need live data on a daily basis)

- No option to refresh the data in all widgets in a dashboard but it can be done on a widget by widget basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
