Top Rated Dashpivot Alternatives

Simple to setup and build templates to employ and improve productivity, after starting the free trial period I was able to successfully build 2 templates without support to test and prove how much time it would save in real time construction. Got sign off from management with in the first week, by demonstrating how useful the mobile app and was in the field and how much time and money it would save. Not much to dislike as I have only been using this product for a short time, so far it is ticking all the boxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-Workflow format could have a better numbering system that shows what report it is.
-When viewing a photo, it would be good to add a swiping functionality in order to more easily move between photos - especially when in full screen mode.
-GPS location working on tablet/smart phone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ability to digitise existing paper based processes. This enhances visibility of sites we working on, the real time information makes soling issues on site far quicker than we were through phone calls, e-mails etc. We find the templates very easy to make, issue and use meaning implementation has been made very simple.
Photo's and tagging has helped give contract managers an instant overview of what work has been completed on each day and an ability to see issues and correct before they become snagging issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far looking forward to seeing how they develop the software over the next 12 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That it is central location for every thing that is going on across the project. You can see what is going on across the project without leaving your desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any dislikes. Dash pivot dose what it is there to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the fact that I can see what my work colleagues are doing on site. We take a lot of photos for record keeping, for reporting, for QA, etc. The guys can place all of their photos on Dashpivot, from where I can download or export them. This is very handy for weekly reports or checking a detail of something you did in the past.
If you have a rough idea of when a photo was done, you can filter the photos by date. This is very handy to filter through a lot of photos. Similarly, you can filter by user. If you know who the engineer is in the area, you can filter through his/her individual photos narrowing it down even more.
You can create custom templates which are really handy. You can create a new template in a very short time, customized to your exact needs. This is probably a feature we don't use enough, but has the potential to be a very powerful tool if you are willing to invest 5 to 10 minutes.
One of the templates we use most frequently is the "Daily diary". This is a very simple and effective way of documenting your works.
A great mobile app, with a lot of features found on the desktop version.
Can tag your photos and then later search by your tags.
Can create different "areas". Upload photos per area of works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any dislikes in the app. It does exactly what I expect from it. I do wish my project would rely more on it, as it's a great way of centralizing a lot of documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dashpivot is a very powerful yet simple tool to use. the Department of Education (School Infrastructure NSW) has billions of dollars of work, which is bolstered by the great reliability and power of Dashpivot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That I cannot use it in every other part of my life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It works offline, it uploads photos really quickly, the workflow processes are clearly laid out, there are logical options to export info to other formats. I’m prompted to write comments about the photos I upload. I never have an issue using the app for the same things I can use on the desktop version. All the features it has are excellent and I’ve found no bugs so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could have more features! I’d love for it to be our main safety app but it just doesn’t have that capability yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
